My Baby is 5month old . She had cold and cough . Her head was extremely hot but has no fever . Her head will be usually hot I thought it would be because of teething and growth spurts Should I need to do anything now

A. Should consult your doctor for medicines to be given for cold and cough and yes teething can lead to fever it does not only lead to the body temperature being warm so take a thermometer and check the temperature if you see fever then you can give paracetamol but before you do anything I would suggest you check with your doctor first
