my baby is 5mnth 23 days old it is ok to fast while breastfeeding?

A. dear Mum you may fast but do not stay absolutely without food and water otherwise you will be very weak and dehydrated as breastmilk is produced at the cost of mother's body stores do take fruits milk nuts makhana milk and milk products nuts and drink good amount of water
