Q.

my baby is 54 days old... he is got cold due to which een he gets up in middle of the night, his nose is nothing clear due to which he breaths heavily... I put octrivin nasal drops before bed time.. but still I feel h e can't breathe freely.. kindly guide

A. this happened to not of the child, please use nasoclear saline spray and spray it in baby's nose before his feed and before sleeps. Also do nabolise your child 2-3 times in a day for 5 days then reduce the frequency to 1 day for nabolise when you find baby is doing fine. we also follow this and the doctors too at hospital.

A. nasal blockage can be relieved by using nasal saline drops like nasoclear saline drops in the nose followed by nasal aspirator to take out the sefecretions very gently steam inhalatiogn can also be helpful in this condition
