ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician4 years agoA. Intake of certain gas producing foods by mother can cause farts in babies.the mother eating lots of citrus fruits and dairy products can lead to smelly farts in infants in the same way. Avoid consuming these substance.
