my baby is 50 days old and his weight is 4.705kg. he having fever. how much dolo drops to give. please advice

A. give 7 drops of doko drops for fever. keep temperature checking 6 hourly.. And give paracetamol drops / syp in proper dose. Fevers higher than 104° F. should be attended to immediately. j
