Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy2 years agoA. you have to uncertain that the child is receiving the proper dosage of paracetamol and you can repeat paracetamol after 6 hours that is maximum four times per day and weather any higher medicines for fever is required or not will be told by your pediatrician after examination
