my baby is 5 year old , and today I saw one white hair. is it sign for any defecieny and any way I can turn it to black again. I am very worried. please help

Hi mom It may be due to some nutritional deficiency Give heal protein rich nutritious food Maintain hydration Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil Wash hairs often with chemicals free shampoo Use mild parabean free shampoo Give adequate water Take a good care of your baby Give almonds and cucumbers It’s good for nourishment of hairs
