Q.

My Baby is 5 months. She is exclusively on breast feeds and I’m taking calcium iron on off. Till what time period I have to take cal iron. I have a pain in wrist as doc says it’s a carpel tunnel syndrome.

A. You can take for 2 months and then stop and consult a physiotherapist once regarding carpel and apply sesame oil on the area of pain gently and put bandage at night time and avoid lifting baby from that arm

A. Hello ma’am For initial six months you can continue with iron calcium and multivitamin supplements as per your doctor and I had also if you want to if you feel weakness in the body apart from that if your hand is having an issue which ever your doctor is advising you to do just go for a proper treatment and medication for the thing
