my baby is 5 months old..she got cold and cough from yesterday... due to covid I'm not able to go for hospital.. so what to do suggest me...?

A. it may be viral fever only you should give steam to baby but if baby is having some respiratory difficulty and then go to a doctor of examination and the treatment
