my baby is 5 months old.his bcc vaccination which is given at the time of birth have small lump after 2 months .it is painless and getting bigger.what to do?

A. most of the times the BCG vaccine which baby will take at birth will be having spelling there will be discharge of pus and blood and it will be healing on its own
