my baby is 5 months old. He is pooping green in color and it looks like water for past one week. He is on exclusively Breastfeeding only. What should I do?

Hello ma’am Sometimes it could be due to cold also in the body so if it is happening regularly and your child does not have cold and your child is exclusively breastfed then it could be due to some other issue to so please consult your doctor ones for a better understanding over the issue
