My baby is 5 months old can any one suggest any activities to make baby entertain other than play gym ?

Get a gym there are already some toys hanging on with your child can play with that because they’re squeaky they have sound they have light so these are the things that you can give enough to the child and you can get some rattle and squeaky sound waste toys
