my baby is 5 months old and she is having small small pimples like dandruff on her head.is it common or do I need to consult doctor.Attaching the pic FYR. Thank you

These are heat rashes and it is because of change in weather or humid. So in such case, you should always try to keep your baby normal room temperature and don’t change the temperature of surroundings frequently and you can also start using. Himalaya pickly heat powder
