My baby is 5 months 22 days old.Can he be fed mashed rice dal with ghee? .i am suffering from hot flashes with milk increase pills . his ped said give him solid food . what do i do ?

A. can start, Start by offering small amounts of solids once a day, give fruit and vegetable puree too.. along with breast feeding or formula feeding on demand. all the best
