Q.
My baby is 5 month old. He passes hard stool with difficulty. His stool is hard and green . Please suggest me what to do so he can pass soft stool easily. Is green stool color is normal in babies. thanks!

increase breast feeding.
apply hing paste around navel.
do cyclic exercise of legs.
do tummy massage in anti clock wise direction.
