my baby is 5 month 22 days now. today I noticed puffy eyes and swollen face under his eyes when he woke up in morning. he is sleeping on his tummy. is it normal. is it due to tummy sleeping

A. the baby is more than five months of age the baby is having swollen face under the eyes you have to get the urine test of the baby then to know the possible infection
