my baby is 5 month 12 days old she is only on breastfeeding she's not pooping for past 5 days wat should I do for tat

Its Absolutely normal for a child to go without passing a motion for seven days also at this age that’s very normal don’t worry about it if your child is taking all the feeding properly urine output is good enough then there is nothing you need to worry about at all
