A. Cough and Cold along to with the symptom like Fever loss of appetite irritability could be a feature of viral infection or seasonal flu where most of the time supportive treatment is given. along with that cough expectorant and decongestant with antiallergic medicine given. steam inhalation can be given frequently to relieve the symptoms.

A. U We’ll have to get a check with your doctor it would completely depend on the severity of the situation and according to that the doctor can advise you with the best medicine to go for as of now I can only advise you that you can give steam to the child and liberalise the child
