Q.

My baby is 5.5 months old and I started getting periods since last month (when I got covid). My milk supply gets very minimal during and 3-4 days before periods. Is it normal and will it keep on declining now? Can I do something to maintain the supply during periods and in general? Pls suggest.

A. To get a proper guidance about this , you need to visit your consulting doctor who will advise the proper approach for resolvingbrf this problem and help you out in clearing the doubts as well as suggest you with appropriate treatment if required. It is difficult to comment here as well as it is not possible to provide every details required.

A. hi yes ,it is normal to get this it is result of hormonal changes don't worry just feed your child on demand avoid giving formula because the more your child sucks, the more milk is produced naturally
