my baby is 4yr 5m old and his weight is only 12kgs and his height is only 98cm. I'm worried about his growth. what should I do?

First you need to get a proper checkup done with your doctor because your child should be 16 kg so the weight is quite less and accordingly whatever test is needed to be conducted with the report only it is going to be more clear by the child is in gaining and then accordingly what’s needed to be done the doctor would advise you on that
