Q.

my baby is 4months old and I am a breastfeeding mother. my milk is not sufficient for my baby. to increase brestmilk can you please suggest supplements and if I use those is there any side effects? pls suggest

A. dear Mum why do you feel that baby is passing urine more than 7 times in 24 hours, is alert and active and gaining at least 500 grams per month then the milk supply is sufficient. More the baby is breastfed more will be the milk production. so ensure that the baby is only exclusively breastfed. Check for good latch, correct position while good water intake and healthy diet
