my baby is 45 days she is doing motion 4days once and crying please help me

A. it's normal for a baby it s normal for the baby to not pass stools daily as digestion can be different for everyone . If baby does not pass stool even upto 1 week it s not to worry. If more than 1 week and baby has discomfort can use glycerine suppository for relief.
