My baby 45 days old not getting motion and baby is crying plz suggest me any medicine for motion ??

Dr Sameer awadhiyaFather of a 12 yr 4 m old boy4 years agoA. if the baby is 45 days also if the baby is not doing motion even up to 7 days this is very normal but give exclusive breastfeeding avoid giving formula milk to the child
