Q.
My baby is 45 days old now... she was in bottle feed for 15 days.. now iam giving in medicine pillar.... I want to make her latch directly..... I heard skin to skin contact will help me... if it is so.. how long I should be in skin to skin.... day and night or how many days....

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
Burp well after evey feeding by holding your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes
