My baby is 43 days old she vomits after every feed her birth weight was2.7 and now she is 3.3 kg is her weight proper ?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear mum, a weight gain of 600 grams in 43 days is absolutely normal, do not worry. Baby should gain at least 500 grams per month and should double the birth weight by 6 months or earlier.
