Hi Dr, my daughter is 8 years 3 months and her birth weight was only 2.5 kg but now she is of approx 43 kg. I am concerned about her weight, is she obese? As we are vegetarian how should I control her weight along with proper nutrition?

please consult with your pediatrician about it because physical examination is important
please avoid maida items and packaged food
please encourage for physical activity and out door game
