my baby is 4 n half month old.. he dint pass motion for 4 days... is it normal? he is exclusively breast feeding... please opine

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 month agoA. Hello good evening !! Few babies constipate ,if the baby is actively taking feed with no gas,tight tummy then ok until 3-4 days. Do tummy massage with coconut oil or castor oil for 5 minutes in a clockwise direction to increase bowel movements and reduce gas and hard stools.
