My baby is 4 mths old I think he have started teething his upper 2 gum are harder than lower gums. what can i do to calm him as he is getting irritated and his head is also hot?

A. babies form and soles of the baby is having some irritation in the gums you can apply some finger massage very gently also you can use some gel like dentogel over the gums
