my baby is 4 months old today but his weight is not gaining what should I do I saw him to a pediatrician but nothing work

A. See for first six months you are supposed to exclusively breastfeed the child and child is not gaining a minimum of half a kilogram in a month then you should start giving formula so you can go for any good brand of your choice
