My baby is 4 months old & sleeps whole nite i wake her up & feed her at 5 in morning that too she take less amount of milk while sleeping in nite she drinks 6oz milk she is under weight say 4.90 kgs during birth she was 2.34 kg she it normal or should I consult a Paediatrician
