A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 montgfhs of age and if the baby is comfortable with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regusrgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.

A. Bedtime routines for babies Focus on feeding. Nobody sleeps well with a grumbling tummy. ...Bath time before bedtime. A soothing bath 90 minutes to an hour before bedtime helps trigger sleep. ...Read a book aloud. The magic of a good story extends to sleep. ...Sing a song. ...Avoid screen time. ...Be consistent.
