Q.

#AskTheExpert sir my daughter is of 5 1/2 months old , the problem is she doesn't sleep in night , she sleeps around 5 am . and in the day also she sleeps very less . kindly suggest what to do to make her sleep in night and more time for sleep in day also ..

A. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but you have to just take care of any environmental factors as well as hunger and thirst which might be affecting the slip of the child

A. Hi sir its's quite normal in newborns .That's how they function. It's nothing to worry. After few months they will start to follow a sleep routine. Follow a sleep pattern ensure to put your baby to sleep at the same time every day. Feed a little more during night hours for good sleep.
