Other times, it can be a sign of an underlying infection or medical condition that can cause mucus in stool, including infections, allergies, and more.
Sarika guptaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and when we give baby new food then baby do poop in green Color and please give your baby gripe water and also mother should chew saunf and ajwain after every meal she have.
