my baby is 4 months old she has got bump like wound and pus coming out on her left feet from last night. not sure how this is happened and little bump is forming on right feet too

A. the child might be suffering from cellulitis aur simple first you'll but it is important to meet your doctor because there might be a need of antibiotics and local application you can use t bact cream 3 times per day
