Q.

my baby is 4 months old now ..... I had c section ..... I feel the numbness around the stitches and having a mild pain around the stitches .... doctor recommended me diavit plus tablet ..... is it safe to take the tablet ..... does it affect my baby's health as i feed my baby ...

A. Hi mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take a good care of your baby Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables Stay hydrated Apply coconut oil or olive oil Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment Stay hydrated
