A. Dear mum, weight of 6.3 kg is a very healthy weight for 4 months old baby, do not worry. In a month, baby should gain at least 500 grams on an average. So, your baby’s weight gain in 4 months has been good. If your baby is active, playful, passing urine more than 6 to 8 times in 24 hours, then feeding is adequate.
