My baby is 4 months old his anus is seems to be in red color what should i do. Can i put diaper or not?

Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Use a diaper rash cream containing zinc oxide over the rash affected areas. You can apply coconut oil on the rash affected areas. Avoid using diaper for the time being. Use a cotton ball soaked in warm water to clean the diaper area when the baby passes stools. Change diapers more frequently every 2-3 hours.
