My baby is 4 months old. Her forehead is very dark than other parts of face. Is it normal?

Ma’am there are too many hair on the forehead sometimes which is why it looks much darker than other part of the face or the body as the hair will start coming out of shredding out automatically you will see that face and forehead will have the similar colour
