Q.

my baby is 4 months old. he sometimes not ready to take milk and is crying while feeding..what to do?

A. Hi. I am a mother of 3.5 month old. I faced the same situation for a week and came to know about breastfeeding strike. Check if there is any issue in the mouth like any blisters or anything. Baby get cranky when they are toothing also. Try putting soothing music and try feeding in a dark room with body to body touch or by pleasantly talking to ur baby. Your voice can make him calm.

A. Very important to see that position and attachment while breastfeeding the child is proper. If improper the child will continue to suck for long hrs without getting any milk Meet lactational counsellor whho will guide regarding this. See videos on you tube for breastfeeding position attachment. Take plenty of water, home made diet, seasonal fruits and vegetables, milk for increasing breast milk. Take 15 to 30 days weight and growth assessment by the doctor.
