Q.

my baby is 4 months old, he is mostly formula fed and i feed him too ( but my milk supply is low) he suddenly refuses to take bottle milk and only drinks my milk. how can I make him take bottle milk again and how can I increase my breast milk supply?

A. Hello dear parent! Include methi, roasted makhana, jeera, saunf in your daily diet. Consult a lactation specialist for further advice. Maintain a good personal hygiene and follow a healthy lifestyle. Good luck and take care.
