Q.

#asktheexpert I am mother of 8months old. Due to very low milk supply she is on formula since day 1. My daughter refuses to drink formula now. I feed her solids 3-4 times in a day. She drinks breastmilk but the milk supply is very low. Do baby need to drink Anu adequate amount of milk? If yes Please advice what should I do?

A. Dear mum, if your baby is refusing to drink formula, then along with breast milk, you can give the normal milk that you use at your home. You can also give milk recipes like porridge, kheer and milk products like curd, paneer.
