Q.
My baby is 4 months old. He has never taken a continuous 1-hour nap during the day. He always wakes up after 25–40 minutes. Earlier, he used to sleep better at night and woke up only 3–4 times for feeding. But for the past few days, he is showing the same pattern as his daytime sleep — he wakes up within an hour. I’m very worried. Is this normal?

A lot of kids actually are disturbed by the sounds or noise around like they’re very light sleeper so that can be one reason second could be some kids just take small small nap that is also alright the child is sleeping in the night and also completing a nap of at least 8 to 10 hours in a day and it’s not a problem
