My baby is 4 months old, from last 2 days i can see her cheeks getting red and dry and there are small n lil pits on her face

If You see that your child is having redness apart from pits on to the skin and that is not a healthy sign be advisable for you to immediately consult your dermatologist ones because the doctor would be able to guide you and advise you the best on this issue along with the kind of medications and creams you should be going for
