My baby is 4 months old and he looks like he is shedding weight ! He was all chubby and now he looks lil weak ! What is wrong or what is affecting his health ?

A. You Check the weight of your child you will come to know if the weight is increasing properly then if you think that your child is becoming lean then your child is gaining height sometimes we just don’t realise that the child is gaining height which is why your child maybe looking lean to you
