My baby is 4 months 20 days old, he is having a lot of saliva, and drooling it. What is the reason?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. druling of saliva is very common in babies sometimes they can be possible to have ulcers in the mouth and coating of the tongue better I can consult doctor once for examination
