Q.
my baby is 4 months 18 days old . she is on breastfeeding , when I intake food like ( sesame oil food , masalas, little heavy food, mutton etc )she getts fussy at night .

ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist4 years agoA. Hello mom that indicates she is not able to digest it well . As whatever you eat or drink it does have a effect on your milk production and directly to the baby . So try to avoid it
