Q.

As a breastfeeding mom of new born can i eat all masalas in regular food or should avoid all masalas and use only turmeric?

A. can have all masala but in very less amount.. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oatmeals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach. Whole Grains Sprouts, spices like Cumin Seeds, Poppy Seeds and Fennel Seed, Fenugreek Seeds.

A. Yes, you can eat the spicy foods you enjoy while breastfeeding. There's no evidence to suggest that spicy foods should be avoided for your baby's sake, either during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
