my baby is 4 months 17 days old still she is not rolling.

every child is different and has different milestones.
try to wait till completion of six months.
start vitamin d and multivitamins supplements regularly .

Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Give good tummy time everyday.
