my baby is 4 month old skin near his nail on two fingers is slightly removed is this a reason for some kind of deficiency, how this can be cured?

A. it might be because of dry skin or vit b deficiency. apply coconut oil at that particular area. . continue with exclusive breast feeding to ur baby.
