My baby is 4 month old. I am planning to take my first doze of covid vaccine in this coming week. Can i do breastfeed after the doze? What if I got fever then can I do breastfeed or should give her formula milk?

A. Recent guidelines says lactating mothers can also take covid vaccine . Both the vaccines given by the government are completely safe for breastfeeding lactating and pregnant women. if you experience any symptoms like fever, body pains, headaches, joint pains then take paracetamol . you can continue with breast feeding post vaccination
